You're invited to a relaxing sound bath at NAGLY. Sound baths help balance your body, mind, and spirit. Let the soothing tones from crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and other instruments calm and comfort you. All you need to do sit back, relax, and listen. Open to youth ages middle school to 23
